1. Who provides the service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Have a Plan OS application.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the service
Have a Plan OS is a productivity and planning system that helps users manage tasks, projects, clients, goals, habits, and daily activities in one place.
The service is provided as an online software application (Software as a Service).
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
By using the service, you confirm that:
- you are legally able to enter into an agreement
- you will comply with applicable laws
4. Accounts
To use the service, you must create an account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account
- keeping your password confidential
- ensuring that your account information is accurate
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create and store in the application, including:
- tasks
- projects
- notes
- clients
- deals
- goals
- habits
- diary entries
- planning information
You grant us the limited rights necessary to:
- host
- store
- process
- display
- export
your content in order to operate the service.
You are responsible for the content you upload or store in the service, including any personal data of third parties that you choose to include.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes
- engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the service
- attempt to access data of other users without authorization
- upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Have a Plan OS offers paid subscription plans, including a free trial where offered before the first charge.
LemonSqueezy
LemonSqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for:
- payment processing
- billing
- VAT and taxes
- invoices
- refund processing
If you purchase a subscription:
- payment will be charged according to the selected plan
- subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
- you can cancel your subscription at any time
Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
8. Pricing
Prices, billing intervals, and plan details are displayed on the website or inside the application.
We may change pricing in the future.
If pricing changes:
- existing users will be notified in advance
- new pricing will apply to future billing periods
9. Refund policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

10. Availability of the service
We aim to keep the service available and reliable on a best effort basis.
However, we do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access
- error-free operation
- availability at all times
- that the service will meet every expectation or requirement
The service may be updated, modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued without prior notice.
We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
11. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers, including:
Supabase (database and authentication)
Vercel (hosting)
Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection and CAPTCHA verification)
LemonSqueezy (payments)
Google Analytics (analytics, with consent)
We are not responsible for outages, delays, data loss, or failures caused by third-party services.
12. Data protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- storage
- security
- user rights
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We maintain system logs for security, troubleshooting, and service operations.
13. Intellectual property
The Have a Plan OS application, including software, design, interface, branding, and documentation, is the property of the service owner.
You may not:
- copy
- modify
- distribute
- reverse engineer
- resell
the service without permission.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- required by law
- necessary for security reasons
- you violate these Terms
If you delete your account, your data will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of data
- loss of profits
- business interruption
- loss of goodwill
- loss caused by unauthorized access, service outages, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control
arising from the use of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We do not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service during the 6 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant:
- users will be notified
- updated Terms will be published on this page
Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved under Spanish law.
