Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases and subscriptions to Have a Plan OS.

Have a Plan OS is a digital subscription service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Free trial

Have a Plan OS offers a 7-day free trial.

You can try the service during the trial period before any subscription payment is charged.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

3. Subscription payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected billing plan.

Payments are processed by:

LemonSqueezy

LemonSqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record and handles:

  • payment processing
  • billing
  • VAT and taxes
  • invoices
  • refund processing

4. General refund rule

As a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • unused subscription time
  • partial billing periods
  • failure to cancel before the next renewal date
  • continued access during an active billing period after cancellation

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in limited cases, including:

  • duplicate payment
  • incorrect charge caused by a billing error
  • technical issue directly attributable to the service that prevented reasonable access for a material part of the paid period
  • refund required by applicable law

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

6. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal may not apply or may be lost once performance of the service has begun, where you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you may lose your withdrawal right.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under your local law.

7. How to request a refund

Please include:

  • the email address used for the purchase
  • payment date
  • a short description of the issue

Refund requests may be handled directly by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record, or reviewed by us and coordinated through LemonSqueezy where applicable.

We aim to respond within 5 business days, but response times may vary.

8. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

After cancellation:

  • your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • no further recurring charges will be made unless you subscribe again

Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.
